Laserfiche is the world’s leading software for content management, business process automation, and productivity-boosting data analytics. With users spanning more than 80 countries across the globe, in nearly every industry – including government, education, financial services and healthcare—Laserfiche solutions make organisations smarter, more collaborative, more efficient and more effective.
Ms. Elizabeth Henry (Left in Front, along with secretariat and treasury staff), who is responsible for the Laserfiche at Inter-American Division (IAD) has been working impressively with the Cayman Islands Conference of Seventh-day Adventists Conference to achieve a completely paperless office. In the past, her expertise and training have allowed us to complete the connection between the document management systems and the SunPlus Accounting System, which provides documentation for all our business transactions. What this means is that in querying any supporting transaction documents, an accountant does not need to go the filing cabinets or any files stored on shelves to retrieve a document. A digital document accessed via SunPlus Accounting System is easily accessible on the computer.
The secretariat and treasury departments of the Cayman Adventist Conference are well on their way to becoming a completely digitalised office using the software Laserfiche. In fact, as Ms. Henry continued with the lastest Laserfiche training on March 2-5, 2020, a host of exciting features were made available to the administrators and staff of the power of the software. The administrators think that within this current quadrennial, the conference will be fully paperless or using significantly far less paper in the office as compared with today.
