The Atlantic Caribbean Union (ATCU) held its Third Quinquennial Session in December 2025, combining worship, business meetings, elections and spiritual reflection in what leaders described as an atmosphere of prayer, unity and commitment to mission.
Pastor Kent Price presided over the session in his new role as union president, guiding delegates through the proceedings. The union’s administrative team for the new term includes Price as president, Cheryl Rolle as secretary and Roderick Sands as treasurer.
Delegates also elected departmental directors to serve during the 2026-2030 quinquennium. Henry R. Moncur III was elected director for ADRA, Communication, and Public Affairs and Religious Liberty, and also for Stewardship Ministries. Rolle was elected to lead Children’s Ministries and Education. Other directors elected include Andrew Burrows for Family Ministries and Youth Ministries; Imterniza McCartney for Health Ministries; Price for the Ministerial Association; Alree Price for Ministerial Spouses; Kevin Danvers of the Cayman Islands Conference for Personal Ministries; Nelda Rose Dracket of the Cayman Islands Conference for Sabbath School; Sands for Planned Giving and Trust Services; and Arleen Sands for Women’s Ministries.
and Nelda Rose Dracket, appointed Sabbath School Director of the ATCU.
The Cayman Islands Conference was represented by a delegation of 14 constituents.
The session concluded with what union leaders called a renewed sense of direction and hope as the ATCU enters a new quinquennium serving The Bahamas, the Turks and Caicos Islands, and the Cayman Islands.
The ATCU, headquartered in Nassau, New Providence, comprises 27,694 members across four fields: the Cayman Islands Conference, the North Bahamas Conference, the South Bahamas Conference, and the Turks and Caicos Islands Conference. Northern Caribbean University in Mandeville, Jamaica, is co-owned and operated by the ATCU and the Jamaica Union.
